Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must remain attached.

  • The product must not be washed, altered, damaged, stained, or used.

  • Customers are required to provide proof of purchase/order details.

Items Received Damaged or Incorrect

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please provide clear photos or videos of the item and your order details so our team can review the issue and assist you with a replacement or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Items may not be eligible for return or exchange if they:

  • Have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Are returned without original tags or packaging.

  • Have stains, makeup marks, perfume smell, or other signs of use.

  • Are returned after the applicable return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and may take some time to reflect in your account.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item sent by us.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, size preference, or personal choice, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error, we will assist with the return shipping process.

  • Reason for return/exchange

Important Note

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen/display settings and lighting conditions. A minor color difference does not necessarily qualify as a defect or reason for return.
